Just got my Master Spa 7.25 set up and not only does it exceed my expectations - but from sales/ install/ setup extremely professional and amazing communication. These are big investments- buy right buy once. Major thanks to Chris for educating me on the tight spa and Justin for his very attentive service! I would like to edit this review that I gave one star to because I had the impression that a salesman was working there and just ignoring me he had not been there for over a year and I got two responses from the company and I’m very pleased now and they gave me all that I needed as far as information and I would like to apologize profusely, but I was given the wrong information . “The person I dealt with Matt, who was my sales person has become extremely uncommunicative and considering what I paid for the tub I would’ve appreciated a little bit more consideration I would not recommend them”

I have owed my spa for a few years now and needed a new control panel put it. Initially I got the run around on all ends. Then, I found Jarod (Store Manager) and Justin (Great Tech) who took care of my issues. From ordering to installing the part, I couldn’t have gotten this taken care of without these two! Thank you sirs! I will say though, I’m still waiting for Christian to call me. Literally have never heard a word from him, and I’m starting to wonder if he is okay!! We had a great experience working with Justin Bozley at Nashville Hot Tubs & Swim Spas, especially when it came to understanding maintenance issues that had occurred since day one. Justin really stood out by taking the time to thoroughly explain how to properly care for our hot tub and understanding our frustrations with the light issues but addressed the issues everytime with a smile. Also very knowledgeable when it comes to Hottub’s! You can tell he genuinely wants his customers to have a great long-term experience, not just make a sale. I had an amazing experience with Nashville hot tub! Not only did they give me a great price. When they delivered the hot tub I wasn’t there and everything went as planned. I would definitely recommend buying from here. Rollins the delivery guys is great and very easy to work with.
